WHO
Naomi Woods
I’m Naomi the managing director and a senior consultant at Maoni. I am passionate about people and enabling them to find long-lasting satisfaction in being themselves at work. This means that I am naturally inclusive and curious, I listen deeply and ask those cut-through questions to help create insights quickly that translate into action. I have always loved learning and continually develop my own practice for the good of myself and others.
I have extensive experience developing individuals and organisations through management and leadership development, change management, performance and talent management and 121 coaching. I started my career as a front-line manager and have developed through operational roles and projects before specialising in learning and development, giving me real-life insights into the challenges organisations face. I am accredited to deliver a variety of psychometric tools and am an NLP Master Practitioner.
Ian Morris
I am Ian, director and senior consultant at Maoni. I am passionate about management and leadership and the disciplines of creative collaboration, business planning, strategy, policy and performance.
I am an NLP Master Practitioner with a PGDip (distinction) in Business Studies and a MA (distinction) in Public Leadership. I have held leadership roles up to CEO level in public and private sector organisations, and have had extensive experience of the real-life practicalities of leading complex organisations. I’m currently a public sector CEO and remain available for bespoke consulting interventions to supplement Naomi’s skills and experience as required.

Angela is an Executive Coach, Learning and Organisational Development professional with a mission of supporting the delivery of individual and organisational goals through unlocking potential, increasing employee engagement and building Leadership capability. She is driven to help release the potential that lies within everyone and she is fanatical about experiential learning and ensuring the transfer of learning back into the workplace. Angela can quickly establish trust and create an environment which encourages people to focus on their personal/operational goals developing their self-awareness and openness to develop further. Angela has extensive experience working in leadership roles across different industries and this paired with her time as a consultant means that she has considerable knowledge and experience which brings insight and depth to the way she works with clients to deliver the outcomes they’re looking for.
Jordan
Jordan works from the belief that when we show up as our best and boldest selves, amazing things can happen. She is passionate about supporting and facilitating individuals and teams to tap into their true potential. Jordan’s approach is down to earth & pragmatic, paired with lots of energy and warmth. Jordan has experience delivering leadership development programmes and coaching across a variety of organisations & has a track record of delivering projects with scale and longevity. She also brings a wealth of experience working within large national and global organisations operating in brand and marketing roles, which brings a strategic and commercial understanding of the requirements of organisations, and an ability to deliver large scale projects with cross functional stakeholders, at pace, with a focus on delivering first-class results.
